All purchased items will be shipped within 5 working days, subject to availability using our standard delivery. However sometimes during sale periods or other busy times deliveries may take longer. Please contact our Customer Service if you have not received your order within 12 working days through the Contact Us page.

Please note the Bettie Page Clothing is imported from the United States.

All items will be shipped to the delivery address specified when placing your order, please note this cannot be changed after completion of your transaction.

Elleglance Returns Policy

Any product which is damaged in shipping will be replaced at no charge once the item is returned to Elleglance in its original condition with all labels and seals intact. All products are checked for quality and damage prior to shipping.

Elleglance are happy to exchange products purchased which do not fit or you do not like, we must receive the item back in it original condition with all labels and seals intact. We do not re-imburse the cost of shipping in these circumstances.

In the interest of hygiene we do not offer refunds on eyelashes and eyelash accessories unless they are of unsatisfactorily quality. Please note the items must be returned in its original condition with all labels and seals intact.

Elleglance do not offer refunds, exchanges only. All items must be received within 21 days of purchase. When returning products please include your name and state the reason for returning the product.

Purchase of Elleglance Products

Please ensure that everything is correct with your order before clicking the confirm button as once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes.

Elleglance reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:

 

• The product ordered being unavailable from stock
• Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment
• The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion

If there are any problems with your order Elleglance will shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.

Elleglance have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

All sizes and measurements are approximate; however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are UK sizes. Please ensure you refer to the size guide for clarification.

Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.
